My Dad passed on on the 25 of last month. When we call to check up his beneficary so that we can make the claims and prepare for the funeral, we were not happy to not being helped. Their client service and we are in a situation where we think that someone maid the claims as much she was not the beneficiary because she got a letter of authority from somewhere and claimed all my fathers money.
