NO RESPONSE FOR BOND HOLDER'S CONSENT

My client intends to run his office from his home and appointed me to obtain the rights. The bond holder's consent is necessary to proceed. I've submitted a request for consent from the bond holder (ABSA) on 5 July 2013 via email [Email Removed] as always. No feedback has been received yet and I have followed up via email as well as telephonically but the phones keep on ringing and no answer. I usually obtain consents for my clients within a week or two but now I have not even received any feedback within two weeks. Please assist urgently.
