I have never seen such service which is no service at all. 2claims registered last tuesday one for water damage on the handset and the other for lost bag with all belongings. I wasnt happy with the person that was sent to collect my handset as he didnt have paperwork, was driving a private veh and not in uniform. I had to organise an envelope for him. Since the day ive registered claims i havent received a call from advisor for any sort of feedback. I always follow up. I was told some items were not on cover when i know i took cover, to date im still waiting for feedback on the sales convo. I have gone to sap to report case for loss & the police looked at me like a fool. i've given invoices where applicable and contact details of the manager where incident occured but the claim still takes forever to sort out. my entire family is sitting without phones, and in this day in age that is not safe at all. My entire makeup and sanitaryware in the bag, need i really say more how much of an inconvinience that is to a woman. I keep mailing Tougheeda but to get responce from her is like the impossible, taking a train to new york from park station.
