Handed Over without being Consultant

Good day
In 2010 i apply for a loan with Capitec which i was paying well and towards the end of 2010 i was not working and i reported that to them imediately and which was fine, and as soon as i started working towards February/March i called them for the settlement letter, Into my surprise i was told that i need to call these Attorney because my account was Handed Over, in few days ago, Anyway i called and was given the amount to pay and the bank account, and i paid the full amount.
What is the use of one to report and within 2/3 month you are handed Over, and Now my sadest thing, and now my Name is Very bad with them and i cannot get help because i was HANDED OVER BY CAPITEC!
