BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I am working for a debt review company and we have been trying to get through to your offices for over 2 weeks. The phone just rings and rings and rings. When you do get through you get transferred from pillar to post. We have tried correspondence by email, all we get are delivered and read receipts. Why is the customer service so terrible?

As debt counsellors it is imperative that all creditors are on board. Bayport has been the cause that a clients bond has been terminated due to not supplying the COB and we couldn't draft a proposal.

This service is terrible. Then you still implement no calls to the debt review centre. What are we suppose to do when we can't get answers?

This is just pathetic.
