3x FICA'ed and account still blocked

After producing my FICA documents, updating all my personal details my account remains blocked.
It is now the 3 rd timesupplying my documents, twice to the same branch and yet it had not been sent to the relevant departments.
ABSA, you out perform Standard Bank wrt poor service. I am verydisappointed.
