The ongoing saga...
Hail Damage in 2012. Car collected (unfinished) 21.12.12. Outsurance tells me that on 08.01.13 I will be informed as to the follow up procedure. Got one call on (I think) 10.01.12. Told them that the car was now in 2 shades of blue and that the panel beater was to contact me to finish off the doors (beading?).
SINCE THEN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
