They do not read their mails properly

On the 20/06/2013 my father gave my power of attorney on my car which was purchased in his name so that i can get the settlement amount from MFC. we also requested in this letter that as soon as the account's settlement payment has been made they must send us the vehicle's papers. It is now a month later and we still did not receive the documents!!! I am at this stage very upset and i have given it verbally to them. Clearly in my mail to them i have stated that i want my papers. They are the worst ever financial institute. they are modern Nazi's!!!
