No Phone for 10 weeks- No end in sight

I have a cell phone that is insured at Finrite's subsidiary Callsure. The phone was damaged and reported to Callsure on 10 April 2013 (10 weeks ago today). I have done everything required of me, even paid the excess on 17 April 2013. Callsure collected the phone, and after that I have pursued every avenue I am aware of, even trying to contact that CEO of Finrite, to follow up on the progress. The callcentre keeps on giving me conflicting information with absolutely no indication that this matter will be resolved at all. At this stage I have no other alternative but to believe that Callsure have no intent to resolve the matter and this is my last attempt at trying to recover the phone from them. If this is not resolved (Which means that I have my Samsung Gallaxy or an acceptable replacement in my posetion), by COB 26 June, I will replace it at my cost and take legal action to recover the monies from Callsure.
