Edgars account paid up

I have a problem with Edgars, they have failed to close my account on numerous times. I have asked for a letter from them stating that the account is closed. but still i have not recieved it.
could someone please send me a letter stating that my account with them is fully paid up and closed.

if it is still open, could you please close it and send me the letter showing that it is paid up and closed.
