I left a message on 15/07/13 on FNB online banking website and have yet to receive any response. FNB needs to read their own commitments to clients (on their website) and give clients the service we pay for. This is not the first time online banking has failed to respond. We are tired of excuses. Please put our banking charges to better use. FNB support no 3016757.
