Liberty wont pay my money

I surrendered my Liberty Life policy on the 18th of June and the thing was supposed to be paid after 5working days now it has been 12working days yet I have not been paid now they telling me that I now owe them payment for the 25th payment yet this policy was surrendered by then but for some reason unbeknowst to me I have not been paid and they allege to have tried to contact me yet they haven't. They say that the values are not guaranteed now it seems they are screwing me over to pay me a low amount as the markets vary.
