Banks generally provide less than exemplary service, and I have had (mostly) good and (a little) bad service from my bank, but I must record that Ms. Karen Venter is an asset to her employer. On every occasion that I have needed assistance, she has responded prompty and with the required information. Other banks can learn much from the corporate service ethos of Nedbank.
