Rescission pending longer than 1 YEAR!!!

I submitted a claim to have a judgement rescinded in Nov 2012 if not before then.
Since then I had to call and follow up on the query because no one ever got back to me. When I finally got a hold of someone in March 2013 (Bongi Mashego) she asked me to post through original documents which i did. Since then i have been harrassed by different people requesting original documents which i sent like 3 times, each time I had to request another original copy from the attorneys that listed the judgement.
The case has moved from Germiston to Krugersdorp to Durban.

I now finally asked them to cancel my policy since this has been pending for too long. Normal rescissions take 21 days i dont understand why this is taking so long!
