I sent an email to [Email Removed] which I got from your Call Centre on 02 July as well as a follow up on 08 July and still no reply or acknowledgement of my email and I have confirmation that my email was read 3 July.

I want a response to my email immediately, this is very poor service. You obviously do not think much of your customers for a company thats been around for quite some time. Its no wonder you are not the number one insurance company in South Africa!
