Needed legal assistanc & never responded/assisted

Elsie Monchosi has been scorpion legal's member since December 1999. My brother got arrested and we called scorpion for assistance and they refused to assist because my brother does not meet their 3 requirements (under 21, in school & depending on parents). We explained the situation that my younger brother is 21 years (01/11/1991), he is doing matric this year, does not work and he stays with my parents. I told them that we need a lawyer and we can come up with an arrangement of paying them back (increasing the membership fee / paying the lawyer back). I first spoke to a manager Tshidiso Mohlobuti (02/04/2013) who didn't call me back the following day as promised and when I called he dropped the phone on me when I told him that we are not happy with the service. I spoke to another manager Evaline (03/04/2013) who said this is an exceptional case and it needs approval from the regional manager, she didn't call me back as promised at 09h00 and only called back in the afternoon and when I reminded them that the court date was 04/04/2012 she said she will call me back and she never did. My mother didn't receive any assistance, after being such a loyal member for more then 10 yrs
