Re: non-payment

I made a claim in March on some jewellery. One of the items did not have the correct paperwork and I contested their offer which they took a few months to respond to with countless emails and phone calls. Finally after all they made no revision to their offer. To have the matter over and done with I accepted it two weeks ago.

I am still waiting for payment and they promise three working days.
