Bad Service for my Claim Handling

Precious Nhlapo told me that I have to go to the police station i reported my accident by myself to get an AR so that she'll be able to process and my car get fixed, i'm paying the highest premium of R1685 which will be debited next week, still have to pay R2000 excess before my car get fixed, because i'm black that's why i'm getting this bad service, on top of that i spent more than 5 months without claiming but my monthly premium or excess is not discounted or decreased it is still R1685 a month, for real an insurance premium? month end i'm cancelling your insurance you're very very very bad, unproffesional you people.
