Sales department: INCOMPETENT

I had a call from one of your agents to increase my cover. During the call I also advised her that I want to add dreaded disease cover and also change my beneficiaries. She promised to send me documentations with all that included.

In hindsight I realise that this lady was just pushing sales to meet her targets and get commission and she did not give a rats a888 about me and what I wanted. As soon as she got my sale she rushed me off the phone soo quickly and none of what she said she would do was done. To date I have not received any of the documentation promised

This lady just rushed me off the line and none of my demands were met
