I bought a cell phone cover from MTN in Fourways Mall. When I later opened it, I realised it was not the cover I wanted & went back to the shop. They did not have the cover I wanted in stock & I was then told that returns are not allowed only exchanges. Your disclosure process in this regard is inherently flawed. Nowhere in the shop was customers alerted to the fact that refunds are not possible. It is only stated on the sales receipt which a customer gets AFTER making a purchase. I, however, wasn't even given a sales receipt. When I tried to return the merchandise, I confronted Andre, the sales assistant about it and he admitted to not giving me a receipt. I was thus never informed that refunds are not possible. Andre then advised that the sales rep will be there on Wednesday & that he will get me the correct cover & call me. Two days later, I am still waiting for the call. My phone is being damaged without a cover & I am not going to waste money to buy one from another shop when MTN owes me money/a cover. I am going away on holiday & I need it before then. I will now have to waste my airtime trying to sort this out just because of MTN & Andre's poor service
