A life cover product sale, as well as Disability & Dread disease benefits were procured by me during this call..
This call centre Sales/Servicing Agent, Dumisani Mahlangu, is an excellent ambassador representing 1Life with absolute professionalism, but with a personal touch which makes all the difference - wheter it be him or the training he received, I owe the complement to him personally.
He knew his product, understood the process involved in concluding a successful and mutually beneficial contract. He, Dumisani came across as exceptionally patient, discrete, respectful, interested, helpful, humble, polite, articulate, he kept his word, and what he didn't know he found out and provided feedback.
While Sales calls can often be irritating and frustrating, this was an exception. Dumisanii made doing business with 1Life a pleasure for me!!
