Charging insurance while I have emailed my confirmation of vehic

Mrs A Koopman id nr8509150128082 Absa have been deducting money for vehicle finance last month 15/06/2013, while I have sent them faxes and emails. its been almost a month that ive been trying to get my money back. and to make matter worse they deducted today 15/07/2013 again. I dont have money just to be played around with as I am struggling just to keep up with other responsibilities. they keep giving me excuses that they cant make out whats in the email. I would like it to be sorted out asap. hopefully by the end of the week because I need that money.
