Refund for insurance money

Absa has been deducting my money since december, i thought that money is for my car. No one call or email or mail to tell me about this money they just deciced to take money form my account. In 22 March 2013 i went to the branch to get the statement as i was not resiving any. when i get there they told me that i have to vehicle finance which i did. They told me that the extra money that i am paying is for insurance, i told them that i have my own insurance that im paying they told me to send the confirmation. on the 22 march i sent them the confimation for the current insurance that i am using from march2013. on the 26 march 2013 i send the one that i was using since 2010 and resend it again on the 27-03-2013. From the when i call they told me that the havent recieved my email and i must just wait becouse they are not only waitong for my email there lot of people. When i asked why did u recieve the other one fast but not this one, they told we will call you once we recieve it becouse we have a back log. All i want is my refund.
