Absa has been deducting money for insurance a couple of months. I phoned the AVAF department looking for a reason why there is a increase in my deduction. They informed me that it is deducted for insurance. This was done without my concent. I phoned the number they gave me on 08/07/2013. They informed me that I should send a copy of my active Insurance Company to [Email Removed] and they will then refund me. This was also done on 08/07/2013. I have received no feedback from them. This is horrible service. They are basically steeling my money every month and now I must struggle to get my own money back or any feedback. As far as I know it is againts the law to have insurance with more than one supplier. they are the reason why I am basically breaking the law
