UNSATISFACTORY CLAIM!

MY, FATHER, MR. M.T. BARTMANN A POLICY HOLDER WITH OUTSURANCE, NOW A RETIRED 72 YEAR MALE, RECENTLY WIDOWED HAS BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN OBTAINING A SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM OUTSURANCE REGARDING A CLAIM ON HIS SWIMMING POOL, WHICH WAS REPORTED ON 28/06/2013 - CLAIM NO. 99068863. HIS POOL WAS REPAIRED IN OCTOBER OF 2012. IT RECENTLY STARTED LEAKING AGAIN. I CONTACTED OUTSURANCE ANDWAS ISSUED A NEW CLAIM NO. IT HAS NOW BEEN 17 DAYS SINCE AND NUMEROUS CALLS HAVE BEEN MADE WITHOUT SUCCESS. AS HE IS GRIEVING THE DEATH OF HIS WIFE, THE STRESS OF NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE THE POOL REPAIRED, IS PUTTING HIM UNDER A LOT OF STRESS. HE PAYS HIS PREMIUM EVERY MONTH, WHICH TOTALS R1707.00 AND YET HE CAN NOT FIND ANYONE WHO CAN ASSIST HIM. SURELY OUTSURANCE CAN ASSIGN A NEW CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR THE POOL. IT IS COSTING HIM A SMALL FORTUNE TO KEEP ON FILLING THE POOL WITH WATER. HE CAN'T EVEN PUT THE HOUSE IN THE MARKET AS THE AGENTS SAY HE WILL STRUGGLE TO SELL THE HOUSE IF THE POOL ISN'T REPAIRED. I FEEL UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES, THAT BEING A LOYAL CLIENT OVER THE YEARS, AND TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION HIS AGE, THAT THE CLAIMS DEPT. CAN MAKE AN EFFORT TO SOLVE THIS MATTER A.S.A.P.
