I had previously lodged complaint about fnb. This is their response.
1.Your understanding of the eBucks qualifying criteria is that if you have swiped your Cheque Card, you will automatically earn eBucks on a monthly basis.
? You claim to have not been aware of the qualifying criterion that is applicable for earning (who said this?? eBucks. DEADLOCKED!! What is so hard to understand that I want to be paid my Ebucks for the months that Full qualifying criteria was met.2.We advise that this complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction and has reached a deadlock status. Also I have went into bank to change OTP number, Called fnb premier numerous times at great cost to mysel, after Fnb confirming my otp has been updated, still gets set to incorrect number. I cannot do internet banking. I have recently had heart surgery and cannot afford to keep going to fnb branch ..done that numerous times already!!!.SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT WITH FNB OR PREMIER DIV!! I
It is something I have come to accept with FNB im stuck with them, However it is only fair to inform the public of this before they decide whom to bank with based on service and integrity.
