Repudiation of Insurance claim

I am completely disappointed about the manner in which my accident claim was handled.
I got an accident on the 5th of May at around 20hours on R510 Northam/Thabazimbi road
Involving my Jetta 4 and a cow.
My car was damaged and the accident was reported the ff. day to A&G insurance.
The car was declared write-off by the assessor and it was then towed to Boksburg scrapyard.
On 10/05 Jaun Botes requested vehicle documents of which I sent to him.
On the14th I received telephonic notice about my unsuccessful claim due to drunken driving
allegations.
My car was then returned from Boksburg to Northam Towing on 15/05 with broken bonnet
Lever and front right damaged mag wheel.
Their excuse is that that there was an element of drunken driving though no concrete evidence to justify their conclusion.

On the 28/05 I mistakenly received an email from Jaun Botes concerning D.S Molefe:
Accident claim which was also rejected stating lots of things. I am therefore convinced
That A&G is not a reliable insurance. I have been given a runaround; final mail was sent to Tersia Nel, still with no success.
I need a fair treatment regarding this matter and my claim to be honoured.
