Auto and General DECLINED my claim!

My son was involved in an accident in the year 2012. Auto and General got back to me to tell me my car is a write off and they refuse to pay for the claim due to the fact that I was apparently drinking and over the limit. I was shocked at this as there is no such evidence and there was no blood taken on the night of the incident. They refused to pay my claim and my lawyers have advised me to summons Auto and General and take this matter to court. I cannot believe that I have to do this as I have been with them for years with my 4 cars and household insurance. I hope this matter is resolved in a decent manner! D Gallache
