Incorrect interest rate

I recently bvought a new house and applied for a homeloan from FNB and another bank. Both banks approved my loan within days - very impressed! I decided to go with the FNB home lona seeing that all my accounts are with FNB and up to the the I received very good service. My homeloan was approved and at an interest rate of prime less 0.5%.

IT WENT BAD FROM HERE. FNB HOMELOANS SENT THE INSTRUCTION TO THE ATTORNEY AT AN INTEREST RATE OF 8.45%. THIS IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR AND NEED THIS RESOLVED TODAY AS THE ATTORNEYS ARE NOW ONLKY WAITING FOR FNB . I FEEL THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOULD THIS NOT BE RESOLVED TODAY I WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE BOND WITH FNB AND GO WITH THE OTHER BANK.
