Absolutely shocking service delivery

I am currently in the USA and have been trying to get a replacement card delivered without any success. I called Dinersclub before I left SA and informed them that I was planning to travel to the USA. A note was put on my profile, but this did not prevent my card from being cancelled. On making a purchase and booking hotel accommodation in the USA, I was informed that my card was cancelled and the payment declined. I called dinersclub and spoke to Mathimbe, who helped me to get the accommodation paid and secured and undertook to have a card delivered to me in the USA by Wednesday 10th July 2013. He also agreed to send me email correspondence with updates to the progress of delivering the card. I called again the next day and got no feedback. I have since called wednesday and thursday and am every time promised that I shall get a call or email about the progress. Yesterday I spoke to Ryno Herbst, who promise to get Mr Maharaj to call me.
None of this happened and still no card. This is totally unacceptable and extremely poor service delivery. I have not once defaulted on my payments and think that this treatment and lack of service delivery is shocking.
