Case involving my fnb account

I went to the fnb atm at the shell garage on underwood road in pinetown. When my turn came to withdraw money, a guy comes up to me at the atm saying he left his slip in the machine and goes to grab it. At the same time another one comes up on my left saying the atm is faulty and if i dont enter my pin fast enough, my card will get swollowed. They disappear and my card goes with them without me knowing. While im pressing cancel to get my card out the machine a lady working at the bakery tells me i have just been robbed like everyone else. I immediately cancelled the card and now fnb are claming i compromised my pin number R8800 later. R5800 of that was swipped at a liquor store. After banking with them for 11years surely they should know what i am capable off. They have made this verdict without even seeing the video footage i retreived from the garage and following up with the pinetown detectives who are working so hard on my case and even have pictures of the suspects. As it turns out i was not the only victim that Friday 21 June 2013. Only once you view the footage will you understand how quick and easy it is to do this to just any one and the bank is holding me liable.
