SMALL LIMIT - HIGH INTREST CHARGED

We have a limit of only R800. We have used the RCS card last on the 30/04/2012. We are paying instalments, but the outstanding balance stays the same? How do you explain that? It's been now more than a year that we last used the account. This is TOTALY Rediculous. I would rather close this account ASAP.
