I wanted to withdraw from one of the fixed accounts as I was having financial difficulties and needed a part of the money immediately, one of the consultants advised I speak to the manager who very rudely told me she WILL NOT be doing anything to help as I had not opted to use a branch in Century City to open the account and that's where I should go for help before she dismissed me from 'her office' . I let the rudeness go and asked the consultant if he could organize the percentage I can get to be withdrawn as soon as possible. He promised to do so, advising me I would get the money the following day (this was 2013/07/09). The next day the money was not in my account as promised and I went in the branch to inquire and spoke to the same consultant who said he had 'forgot' to mention that since the money was being transferred to different bank's account it would not
