Never recived any writen cornfamation from justic

Its been over six months I opened an account with justice fist, I was told I would receive a card and written copy of my contract with terms and conditions via posted mail. It is shocking to notice that after the numerous times I have called to ensure delivery of these items they have not yet arrived.
