On the 20th of May 2013 I requested for the cancellation of my service plan. I called a week later and they said the process would take 21 working days. 37 working days have come and still I have not received any confirmation regarding the cancellation thereof. I afforded standard bank enough time to respond to the cancellation and followed up with them on the 25th of June 2013 which was 25 days working days after lodging the cancellation.
