WORSE SERVICE EVER!

It really saddens me how every month, without fail, FNB collects money from me for legal insurance. Yet when I need assistance no one ever seems interested in helping me. Ever since I logged a claim in December 2012, no one at FNB has ever volunteered to contact me and assist. The only time I got feedback is when I made five to ten calls at a time, and sometimes got lucky enough to track down a representative called Deon!

The last interaction we had (when I called in to ask about progress) the agreement was for me to get further quotes and send them to Justice 1st. I contacted the via email on 03-07-2012 to inform them of how I would like them to proceed. To date (11-07-2012) I have had no response at all. Clearly they are expecting me to waste more money and make many calls as usual before someone can tell me that they'll start working on my claim.

I'm beyond disappointment. This is certainly the worse service that I have ever had to pay for!

And this certainly makes their "How can we help you" slogan nothing but a bunch of empty words used to extort money from me!

PS: They never even got back to me to acknowledge my claim or give me a reference number for it!

Shocking!!
