Today 16/05/2013 at approx 15:45pm walked into Standard bank branch at Umlazi Mega city, I wanted to deposit money for my baby brother who is studying overseas and their Standard banks' Auto ATM was not working. I walked inside the bank since the doors were open, the sercurity guard gave me a very bad attitude and spoke very rude. The fact is the doors were open, meaning they are still welcoming customers. Explaining that I cannot deposit at their ATM because its faulty and I have an emergency and already inside the bank should have accommodated me because there were still people banking inside.

I am very angry at the sercurity guard
