I have recieved my package from FNB for the Samsung Galaxy S4. I have been trying to get it activated for a few days now and keep getting the run around. I phoned in today again, for about the 10th time, I got put through to a lady who was going to assist me. After giving her my details, she said sorry She cannot help me. I asked to speak to a manager but she said they were all out. I asked who else can help me, she replied no one can help me. I then asked, when will someone get back to me, to which she replied, I dont know? This is absolutely terrible customer service. Why is it so hard for me to get someone to assist me. I have been struggling for Nearly 2 months now with this. Will someone get off their and help me, please!!! And not in 48-72 hours like everyone else I have spoken to says...
