Bad service and product

Constantia Samsung Customer Service office-terrible service. S4 Active that was 2mnths old was already giving me problems. Options button on the left stopped working, the IMEI number on the phone decided to unwrite itself. I took it in to the Samsung service centre and was told that I had to pay R250 to back up info for a problem that was Samsungs! and told by a very rude attitude ridden little girl at that! After much back and forth the phone was finally booked in and I was told to come back in 2/4 hours, I asked to be phoned when it was ready but was told, 'sorry we dont do that' After 3 hours I returned and waited for 15min while my phone was located only to be told the phone could not be repaired, they could not re write the IMEI number. I asked what happens now I was told they would order a new phone, I asked how long would it take, response:'dont know', I was told to pay another couple of 100 for a SIM adapter from another shop to use an old phone of mine. I asked if Sansumg had a Facebook page, Repsonse:' I dont know' all with alot of attitude on the consultants part like I was waisting his time. Yesterday I contacted manager Guss who said will call me back, I am still waiting...
