Terrible service

We were on vacation and we visited the shebeen at sun city, the service we received was pathetic, the lady was so rude and unkind to me it was absolutely terrible, when I asked to speak to the manager she told me she will call him as she is currently busy, After an hour of waiting I eventually asked someone who the manager was, when i got to speak to him, I was told that he did not know that I was waiting for him, the Lady Winnie who was rude started laughing at the time and speaking to her colleagues in another language about me to her colleagues
