Insurance deduction without my authorization

I cannot believe that ABSA their own clients out of their hard earned money!
Explain the following acronyms to me:
AIP Consultant, AFS Direct Delivery (Constantia Kloof)

ABSA took an additional (UNAUTHORIZED) R607.95 from my account on my vehicle financing debit order on 01/07/2013. I followed up immediately (07H20 - 01/07/2013) and I have been given the runaround ever since then.
This is a serious breach of my contract, yet my query is sent from pillar to post. Clifford Dome (Constantia Kloof) was the first doormat to contact me. He informed me the additional (UNAUTHORIZED) amount was for insurance. I have never had dealings with AFS Direct Delivery before, nor have I heard of them - yet I'm expected to report to them???
BOTTOM LINE: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HELP YOURSELVES TO THE FUNDS OF YOUR CLIENTS - YOU DID NOT HAVE MY AUTHORITY. I EXPECT MY REFUND PLUS INTEREST AS FROM 01/07/2013 OR I WILL PRESS CHARGES.
THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCANDAL, SHAME ON YOU ABSA WITH YOUR AIP INSURANCE!!!
