I had my access bond frozen on June 28 2013. I was told my fica was out of date. I stood in a queue for and hour to get this in order and was assured all accounts were compliant and open. when the account was still frozen I went to my re4lationship manager who spent 2 hours on the phone, with we with her, trying to resolve the matter. the only answer we got is "there is a vague comment as to why the account is frozen" and will take 3-5 days to investigate. on enquiring 4 days later no record was found of the enquiry as enquiries done in a branch are not logged. I have to start a new enquiry that will now take 8 working days. useless. pathetic.
