My contarct expired 31 January 2012.After the expiry date MTN CONTINUED charging me Promo Service fees until the date I called in and enquired. All the agents I spoke to told me that I was owed 19 months of promo service fees and that it will be credited to my MTN acc and to Bank Account if I so choose.

They then decided to go back on their agents words and decided to refund me for only 6 months citing that I should have raised this before and they can only pay me back 6 months of what I was owed. What this simply means is that my hard earned cash to them is donations. I donated 13 months of something that technically was fully paid.

I find this unfair and daylight. What was the use of signing a contract that has a starting and end date? From their side what did they do after realising that my instrument was fully paid? If I was in arrears they would have done everything possible to bring this to my attention but because I was contributing to their profits they kept quiet. If their systems are not up to date and cannot stop after the expiry date why am I being made to pay for that? Why was I made to sign a contract if they cannot honour it? They owe me but still send me an Acc
