My signature was forged

I was placed on debt review a few months ago, all my credit providers was informed about it. Bruma finance then had HTN attorneys to come to my work place with a letter of demand. I was embarrassed at my work when Htn Attorneys showed up with this letter of demand and they had no respect in doing it privately they embarrassed me in front of all my colleges and demanded payment from me and wanted me to sign a garnishing order against my name i immediately informed my debt counsellor and a was informed not to sign any documents, i refused to sign, and i asked them to give me copies and they refused... now my signature was forged on this papers and i was instructed to go and open a case of against HTN attorneys. What advice can you give me cause this is really unacceptable!!! They have no respect they are rude and now dishonest in forging someone signature!!! im still embarrassed and even if it costs me millions i will go and seek legal advice and this will be resolved!!!
