Garnishee order prescibed debt and acc

On the 16th January 2013 I lodged a complaint against MDB Attorneys for trying to collect on Prescribed Debt, they responded by saying that they acknowledge the prescription and that they will act accordingly by closing the account, I have confirmation from the retailer (Foschini) and MDB themselves, however today I was informed by an ex colleague that a lady from Capital Data was looking for me to place a Garnishee order against me. I contacted MBD and the lady advised that there are 2 more acc's one for Mr Price (I have never opened a Mr Price acc), I would like them to show me a copy of the signature on the application form as I can guarantee that it is as I lost my ID book in 2001 and I have an affidavit, also a Woolworths acc, which has also prescribed, as it is over 4 yrs old and I have not been contacted regarding it in the last 4 yrs. They actually put a trace alert on my name and how did they get my signature on a Section 58 form for them to apply for the Garnishee order? I cannot believe how unscrupulous these Debt Collectors are someone needs to go to the media there is no one to protect from this behavior. Take my name off your DATABASE!!!
