7 Months later and no payout

Onb the 16th January i was left disabled after an incident, after the necessary checks i was told i am Permantly disabled, i was required to go for physio which i cant currently afford, my medication for the month is at R2650, my claim with Liberty was lodged after the incident and till date they are making me run around, i am at a stage were i cant make it anymore and am been forced to be at work, i have already borrowed more than i can pay back as well as might not be able to pay for my policy anymore, they have taken PMA reports from 3 of my docs, i have also given them a letter stating im physically disabled by my neuroligist, does it honestly take this long, if they not going to payout, tell me and i can cancel my policy instead of suffering to pay for it monthly, i might even hang myself before getting payout from them, It was fortunate that I am working for a wonderful company that has taken my welfare into consideration. They have kept me employed despite my condition. My greatest gratitude to my company that I am able to see these tough months through.
It is clear that if I had placed my dependence on Liberty Life, I was sure to be in a predicament that would ruin me!
