I have now been a victim of at Standard Bank for the FOURTH time whereby the uses my card online and wipes out my account! Surely if this oncurring the safety measures should be put into place to prevent it from happening in future! But all you receive from Standard Bank during this stressful time are inexperienced call centre agents as well inexperienced people in the division who would rather argue and give off attitude than help! This it! I will be moving all my accounts from Standard Bank to a more REPUTABLE where I can feel at ease! I will further more enlighten people about my experience. Standard Bank will surely lose all their loyal clients at the rate they are going!
