Worst Service Ever! Don't ever buy insurance here

On 01 June 2013 a Dial Direct client reversed into my BMW, the driver was polite enough to admit liability but this insurance company that pretends to care about clients, doesn't really give a. I have called the legal department who I have been directed to for the last 30 days and held on for an average of 30 minutes and the staff that take the calls have the absolute worst attitude I have ever come across. The Last person I spoke with was Nonhlanhla and Leilanin who should not work with customers at all since they do not know how to deal with a client. As for management who are supposed to be Helene and Ronell who I haven't never spoken to even though the staff insist that will call back, don't seem to be managing anything there. Bottom line... if I or anyone I know wants insurance, they will never deal with these incompetent people. I am not a client of this company, I am claiming from one of thier clients.
