And once again PPS fails to delive

After a previous complaint about my premiums, I was contacted by a PPS client representative named Werner van der Walt, who sent me a modified policy. However, when the premium went off my bank account it was R10.78 more than the quoted amount.

So, PPS, this is how you treat your clients who are unhappy with your terrible service: "Give them more bad service and see if they come back for a 9th round. Surely at some stage the they will get tired of complaining and stop bothering us".

It really seems as if the levels of ineptitude at this institution is ingrained in the corporate culture - from top to bottom, from call centre to senior client relationship managers...
