Poor service & response rate for corporate clients

MTN has still to get back to me after i applied for insurance AT THE BEGINNING of June 2013.
IT IS NOW 3 WEEKS LATER.

Every time the corporate client liason gives me the run around.
I have contacted 3 different numbers and have also emailed and each time I AM REDIRECTED TO THE SAME EMAIL that doesnt give me feedback!

Please advise on when someone will respond to my query as i WOULD LIKE TO INSURE MY S3 SOONEST.
